Featuring a sand volleyball court, sparkling swimming pool, and private river frontage, Barefoot is the ideal location for your memorable Concan vacation. Gather in the oversized living area, or hang out on the huge back deck under the gorgeous oak trees overlooking the beautiful Frio River.
Have a golf cart? Bring it with you! Heartstone is the only subdivision in Concan that permits the use of golf carts within its confines. Don’t have a golf cart? No worries! You can rent one and have it delivered and waiting for you when you arrive.
Located less than 8 miles from Garner State Park and just a short drive to House Pasture for live music and dining or to Frio Valley Ranch Golf Course for a round of golf, Barefoot is conveniently located near all the most popular spots to visit and enjoy.

Great property
