Awesome Family/Friend Vacay
This house exceeds expectations. Plenty of room for our 18 adult group. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The interior was beautiful, but it’s the outdoors the needs the recognition. The pictures don’t do it justice. The pool easily held all of us without feeling crowded. The hot tub was easy to use and heated up quickly. The beach-entry was perfect for easy entrance and exit. The patio was much larger than it looks in pictures. We had a 6 ft table set up, corn hole and washers with plenty of room to move around and sit. The outside refrigerator was great for holding drinks and the granite countertop held a lot of snack which limited the amount of in-and-out of the house during the day. Don’t leave the snacks out though because the furry bandits will have overnight parties. The path to the river might look daunting, but it’s not as tough as it might appear. The area by the river is well shaded and at a pretty part of the river. You have to turn out all the lights, lay back on a float and marvel at beauty of the night sky. The amount of stars is breathtaking. We did have a maintenance issue. The management was responsive and the issue was resolved promptly. We are already planning to stay here again next summer.

Great Property and Great Management
Our group has been coming to the Frio River once or twice a year for nearly a decade, and Cazadores has been our Frio home for the last 3 years. We love the property, and Wendi has been a pleasure to work with. We look forward to many more years here!
