Located in the Mountain Valley subdivision in Concan, Texas, this custom built 2-story boasts an upstairs balcony and oversized covered patio. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms holding 1-king, 4-queen, 2-double, 1-twin, and 1-futon, you’ll have plenty of room for 17 people.

Enjoy the spacious back yard, featuring an outdoor fireplace, sparkling swimming pool, and cabana, or drive just minutes away to Frio River access points or a few miles more to Garner State Park. You’re also only a block from Frio Valley Ranch  and two blocks from the House Pasture restaurant and live music venue.

Wonderful Retreat
Absolutely beautiful property! Spacious floor plan with great areas for gathering. And a bathroom for every bedroom!! Outdoor area was great as well. Large porches, outdoor fireplace for that extra cozy feel. And a beautiful pool to boot!! Perfect place for family and friends to reconnect.

Getaway from the city life
Highly recommend! When I head to the Frio river for some time away from the city and work, I want to relax and enjoy my stay. The Yellow Rose meets that requirement. A fully equipment stocked kitchen, an individual bathroom for each bedroom and a poolside bar and grill area. It's my place of choice every time!
